Venture lab

Greg’s Lab

Two-week experiments. Scale or kill.

I’m a repeat founder validating consumer and creator concepts through rapid two-week build cycles. Each experiment is designed to test a real problem, a viable distribution channel, and whether the economics justify scaling. If the evidence is not there, I kill it and move on.

Protocol

How the Lab works

01

Identify

A specific, painful problem.

02

Build

The smallest useful product or service in two weeks.

03

Test

Real demand, acquisition, conversion and unit economics.

04

Decide

Scale or kill — based on evidence.

Every project has a defined hypothesis, a launch deadline, measurable KPIs, and a kill criteria. The goal is not to protect ideas — it is to find evidence.

Caldris

Managed removal of unauthorised AI likenesses, fake endorsements and impersonation campaigns — for public figures and the people who represent them.

DeepfakesReputationLegal TechB2B

Live and selling a promise. Positioning, tiers and a consultation funnel are public; the monitoring and enforcement operation behind them is not built yet, and caldris.live is still being connected.

Killed. Lawyers weren't receptive as a B2B channel, and B2C CAC/LTV didn't support scaling.

What I’m looking for

I’m open to Entrepreneur in Residence, Founder’s Associate, Fractional COO, and venture-builder roles. I’m particularly interested in early-stage teams that need hands-on execution across product, growth, operations, and commercial validation.

For VCs

A repeat founder who can validate new bets quickly and kill weak ones early.

For startups

Hands-on operator support across product, growth, and commercial execution.

For venture studios

A builder who can take ideas from hypothesis to tested MVP in two-week cycles.
